At LCWO.net you can learn Morse telegraphy (CW) online in your browser. You don’t need to install a program on your computer, and you always have your personal settings available, from any computer on the globe with an Internet connection. You can also easily track your progress by means of different statistical functions. For the learner a course is available using the Koch Method but it is also a good site for any Morse operator to advance his skills further and it is free to use.
My only concern about LCWO.net was everything had to be entered via the keyboard so that you could keep track of your progress. To me this was a negative for the learner as you really needed to touch type to make any headway with your Morse.
I contacted Fabian Kurt the developer and owner of LCWO.net about having to type and learn Morse at the same time. My doubts were soon put to rest as Fabian told me that there is not time limit to enter your results and you could copy the Morse down on paper then type your copy onto the keyboard. This means you don’t really need to be good at typing to use the site properly, I have asked Fabian if he could put this information on his welcome page then new learners with no typing skills would not be put off.
With over 20,000 users and translated in a multitude of languages I will have to give this site 5 stars
